Q: Can you provide Samples ?
A : Yes. We regularly provide samples of all products, however it is our policy to charge for samples and shipping of these items. Alternatively please provide an International courier account number for the purpose of sending samples ( Shipping via your requested method. ) If you request and receive samples and subsequently place an order in excess of $5,000 for more of the same products we will credit that order to the value of the samples ( Product only ) In effect, at that time the samples are Free of Charge.
Q: How long will it take for you to prepare my order?
A : This depends on what and how much you order, for Handicraft items in our catalog the turn-around time is very fast, within one week to ten days. For teak furniture we have many items in stock and quantity, for outdoor teak furniture in stock we can finish and ship full containers within 7 -10 days . For indoor teak furniture we can complete a 20' container within 2 weeks. For teak products not in stock it will take 3 weeks minimum to fill a container. Carved Stone 7-10 days. A full 20' or 40ft container for items in stock will take 7-10 days for all products including packing and documentation. For products not not in stock and custom items we will give you a response via return e-mail for your consideration.
Q : How long will the shipping take ?
A : Single items or small consignments ( LCL, Samples ) from our catalogue can be at your door via Air Freight within 2-5 days, For full or partial containers the final destination is the key, when you place an order for a container load, we will provide you with a definitive shipping schedule for the port nearest your location. Most destinations ( Global ) transit time is 3 -5 weeks MAX guaranteed.
Q : How Much Will the Shipping Cost ?
A : Again this depends on the final destination and size of the shipment, but all requirements for the export of the shipment from Bali including packing and completion of the official export documentation is included in the price. When you contact us we will give you a definitive quote for your destination.
Q : What are your payment terms and conditions ?
A: We request wire payment via Bank to Bank TT (Telegraphic Transfer). At confirmation of order we request a 50% deposit for the products. The balance, the final 50% for products and the shipping cost (100% ) to be paid when the container is sealed and ready to be delivered to the port. For LCL shipments we request 100% remittance in advance.
